HDI2 is a tool for tracking the overall health of the economy from a mental health perspective.
HDI2 tool can be utilized in the statistical management and oversite of cities and countries to track the needs and development of its constituents.
HDI2 can help amend or formulate new polices and programs, by shedding light on ineffective processes.
HDI2 can track the success of a program and its implementation and changes that maybe needed.
