Our Mission
Equipping Change (EqX), also known as EquippingX is a social change agency that equips corporate and community members with the tools and resources for the strategic implementation of new programs that eradicate long-standing systemic issues.
About Us
Equipping Change (EqX) is a non-profit agency established in Los Angeles, California. We identify Social Change Agents (SCA) and work with community partners such as Corporations, School & Universities, Veterans, Entrepreneurs, Philanthropist for the implementation of new and innovative activities (i.e., programs, initiatives, projects, collaboratives) to produce change or the optimal development of social, economic, and community conditions.
Our Values
We believe that our communities are a small part of one collective body. Every member is important and has some accountability in helping us thrive. One Change Agent reaching out their hand in service creates a human ladder that link us all.

This initiative is designed to combat homelessness by offering employment opportunities to individuals from partnering shelters.

This Red Carpet Charity Gala brings together participants from Business Boot Camp, community philanthropists, and special guests.

This fund aids philanthropic partners and community allies in their efforts when standing against human and social injustice.
